Feedback, bug reports, partnership inquiries, data requests, advertising, press, or just questions about Pokémon TCG investing — every message that lands at the email below is read by Sean LeBlanc, the developer who built and runs the site. PokeTop10 is solo-operated, so responses come from a real human, not a support team.
Response time runs from same-day to about 72 hours, depending on development workload and message detail. Every real question or report receives a reply; mass-blast cold outreach, generic SEO/link-trade pitches, and "guest post" submissions from content farms do not receive responses. If a reply doesn't arrive within five business days, a follow-up is welcome — Gmail's spam filter occasionally eats legitimate first-touch emails from new senders.
Helpful detail makes the response useful. For a price that looks wrong, naming the card or sealed product and the expected price helps; for a bug, mentioning the page, browser, device, and expected behavior accelerates the fix. The more specific the message, the faster the resolution.
PokeTop10 is built incrementally based on what users actually want. If there's a feature missing, a data point worth surfacing, a chart that doesn't quite work as expected, or a use case the site doesn't support — write in. The most-requested features tend to ship within a quarter; longer-roadmap items (multi-currency, public profile pages, Investor-tier tools) all started from user emails.
For feature ideas, describing the problem rather than the solution helps the most. "Add a button that does X" is fine, but "It's hard to track which sealed boxes were bought at retail versus on the secondary market" is more useful, because that framing leaves room to evaluate whether a tag system, a separate "channel" field, or a smarter cost-basis import is the right fix.
Found a price that looks wrong? Saw a card mis-categorized? Discovered a UI quirk that breaks the flow? Two channels work:
Representatives from card marketplaces, grading companies, content platforms, podcasts, newsletters, sealed-products funds, or other Pokémon TCG-adjacent businesses interested in a data partnership, integration, or content collaboration are welcome to email with specifics. Useful framing: what data or audience would each side bring, what would success look like, and what's the rough commercial structure. Concrete proposals work better than exploratory "let's connect" calls.
An open-data API for trend scores, breakout flags, and CSIS grades is on the roadmap (see the about page roadmap section). If you have a specific use case for that API today and want to be a beta tester when it ships, mention that and you'll be on the early-access list.
PokeTop10 does NOT run paid product placements inside the analytics — the breakout list, top movers, set leaderboards, and CSIS grades are computed from data and cannot be paid into. That's a core editorial principle (read more). What IS available for advertising:
Journalists, podcasters, YouTubers, and content creators working on Pokémon TCG, collectibles-investing, or fintech stories are welcome to email with deadline, publication or channel, and specific request. PokeTop10 has shared trend score data, sealed product appreciation curves, and CSIS methodology details for several pieces and is happy to do more. Please avoid "exclusive" requests — the data on this site is public to all users.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of any personal data we hold about you, regardless of where you're located. The data we hold per user is limited (see the privacy policy) — primarily a SHA-256 hash of your email if you've signed in to PokeFolio, plus any cards or watchlists you've added to your portfolio. To submit a data request:
If you're not signed in (no PokeFolio account), we hold no personally-identifying data about you whatsoever — your visits are tracked only as anonymized aggregate page views, with no IP-level identification on our end. Cloudflare may collect standard web traffic logs (IP, user-agent) as part of its CDN/DDoS-protection service, governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you request PokeFolio account deletion, all rows associated with your user_id are dropped from our D1 database within 24 hours: your email hash, sessions, magic-link OTPs, portfolio cards, watchlist entries, alert subscriptions, and value snapshots. There is no soft-delete and no archive. If you want to keep a record of your collection before deletion, request an export first.
